We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Earthly Mosaics. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain products, such as the personalized Memory Mirrors, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process:

• Contact kim@earthlymosaics.co.za to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
• Once we receive your return and verify its eligibility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange as requested.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please provide a photo of the damaged item via email or What’s App.
